EDCP 523 - Multicultural Student Development

Analysis of theories of multicultural student development in a broad spectrum of areas, with a particular focus on gender, race, and sexual orientation. Theories of multicultural development for individuals and organizations also will be considered. Emphasizes application in higher education settings.
