PSY 3110 - Advanced Statistics for the Behavioral Sciences Continuation of 2110. Statistical techniques through multifactor analysis of variance and multiple regression analyses. Integration of experimental design with statistical analyses. Does not apply to Arts and Sciences social sciences or natural sciences requirement.
Requisites: PSY 101D or 1010 and 2120 Credit Hours: 4 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts. - Articulate the basic principles underlying statistical inference, with an emphasis on issues related to the design of good research.
- Conduct, interpret, and report statistical analyses using statistical software.
- Critically evaluate reports of statistical analyses.
- Summarize statistical findings using the American Psychological Association style.
