SUDN 2110 - Intermediate Sudanese Arabic I Culture based approach to increased language proficiency. Students continue to develop listening, reading, speaking, and writing skills as they study diverse history and customs of Sudanese Arabic speakers.
Requisites: SUDN 1120 Credit Hours: 4 General Education Code (students who entered prior to Fall 2021-22): 2CP Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts. Lecture/Lab Hours: 4.0 lecture Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - The student will be able to participate in basic conversations in Sudanese Arabic.
- The student will accomplish simple readings.
- The student will be able to understand idioms used in public communication in Sudan.
- The student will have basic writing skills.
