Learning Outcomes: - Students will be able to practice verbal and written communication needed in the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Students will be able to explore various employment opportunities.
- Students will be able to practice interviewing skills.
- Students will be able to develop competencies needed by professionals in the restaurant, hotel, and tourism Industry.
- Students will be able to evaluate one’s own strengths and weaknesses in relation to their professional internship responsibilities.
