RHT 4920 - Hospitality Practicum On-the-job experience through cooperation with industry entities in restaurant, hotel and tourism.

Lecture/Lab Hours: 30.0 practicum Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,CR,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Students will be able to practice verbal and written communication needed in the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Students will be able to explore various employment opportunities.
- Students will be able to practice interviewing skills.
- Students will be able to develop competencies needed by professionals in the restaurant, hotel, and tourism Industry.
- Students will be able to evaluate one’s own strengths and weaknesses in relation to their professional internship responsibilities.
