EE 4913 - Programmable Logic Controllers Develops proficiency in the utilization of programmable logic controllers. Topics covered include programming, architecture and applications.
Requisites: (EE 1024 or 3143) and WARNING: No credit for both this course and the following (always deduct credit for first course taken): ETM 3420 Credit Hours: 3 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts. Lecture/Lab Hours: 2.0 lecture, 2.0 laboratory Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Students will be able to analyze industrial applications to determine suitability of using a programmable logic controller.
